Day 1

Aswan

Embarkation and check-in take place in Aswan at 12:00 PM, as you step aboard Rafaheya and ease into the unhurried rhythm of the Nile. Once settled in your cabin, enjoy an exquisite à la carte lunch on board and meet the attentive crew who will accompany you throughout this serene journey. In the afternoon, visit the Nubian Museum to discover the rich heritage of Nubia, followed by a serene felucca sail across the river. Later, join the Captain’s Welcome Cocktail before exploring the vibrant Aswan Market. A Mediterranean dinner buffet awaits on board in the evening.

Day 2

Aswan | Al-Hirbiab Island

After breakfast, visit the Temple of Isis on Agilkia Island, continue to Sehel Island to view the Famine Stela, and then discover the charm of a Nubian Village. Return to the dahabeya for an à la carte lunch before setting sail to Al-Hirbiab. In the afternoon, enjoy Nubian tea service on deck while the Nile drifts by. As dusk settles, a Nubian-themed dinner is served on the sandy shores of Al-Hirbiab, accompanied by music and cultural performances.

Day 3

Kom Ombo | Gebel el-Silsila | Edfu | Esna

Awake to breakfast on board as the dahabeya sails toward Kom Ombo to explore its distinctive double temple dedicated to Sobek, the crocodile god, and Haroeris, the falcon god. Back on board, take part in a lively cooking class with the chef before passing the dramatic sandstone quarries of Gebel el-Silsila. A barbecue lunch is served on deck, followed by a visit to the Temple of Horus at Edfu, one of Egypt’s best-preserved monuments. Continue sailing north toward Esna, pausing in the afternoon for a colonial-style tea service on deck. In the evening, an à la carte dinner is served on board.

Day 4

Esna | Luxor

Begin the day with an early morning visit to the Temple of Khnum and the historic Wekalat al-Geddawy. Breakfast is then served on board as the dahabeya sails through the Esna Lock and onward to Luxor. After lunch, visit the monumental Karnak Temple complex and the illuminated Luxor Temple. In the evening, enjoy an Egyptian-themed barbecue dinner buffet on board, accompanied by live entertainment as the vessel sails the final stretch toward Luxor.

Day 5

Luxor

After breakfast, cross to the West Bank to explore the Valley of the Kings, including the tombs of Tutankhamun, the Temple of Hatshepsut, and the Colossi of Memnon. Return for a refined lunch on board before continuing with visits to the Luxor Museum and the Mummification Museum. A farewell dinner on board is followed by evening entertainment to celebrate your final night on the Nile.

Day 6

Luxor

Enjoy your final breakfast on board, perhaps paired with a quiet moment on the sun deck as the morning light rises over the Nile. Disembarkation in Luxor marks the conclusion of your journey.
